I wait all day and lo and behold I get an update at 2102 that delivery will be delayed one business day, which means 3 calendar days because it is Friday and they don't deliver on Saturday. To the UPS commentator that you deliver 15 million packages a day: NO amount of efficiency allows you to lie and cover up when a package goes astray. While attempting to track it, I was initially told by your website that it wasn't a valid tracking number. If I couldn't get it by end of business "we will just ship it out on Tuesday". This is a business address, and we even got other UPS deliveries during the time they said they were unable to make a delivery. All they had to do was call my local Ground center and say, "go pick up Andy's shipment." That Ground Center is three blocks from here.
I call customer service and the rep has no idea what she is talking about and says delivery will be delayed one business day. Then I ask why it wasn't delivered all day and she says they don't get that information. Later I discovered that it was a good tracking number, but your system does not support windows XP. Naturally, I was presuming that they would ship it to ME on Tuesday, since I never ordered anything to be in will call. After spending about a 1 & 1/2 hours on the phone with the "help" line, I was told 3 different stories about where the package was. After the #1 lie had expired, a 2nd call got another empty promise to call me back after the package was located. Tomorrow, at some expense, I am firing those assholes and hiring Fed Ex.
